28 Years of the Bitef Theatre — Conference

On 2 March, the Art Press Caravan attended the celebratory press conference marking 28 years of the Bitef Theatre, held on the Danube in Kladovo.

The conference was attended by the director of the Bitef Theatre, Miloš Latinović, the PR of the Bitef Theatre, Slavica Hinić, and the manager of the Kladovo municipality, Saša Nikolić. Among the guests were also the director of the Kladovo Tourist Organisation, David Đurđević, and the manager of the “AquastarDanube” hotel, Gorana Nikolić, whose organisations provided support in realising this gathering.

The conference on the Danube began aboard the ship “Aquastar Maxim” in Tekija and continued with a tour of landmarks such as Trajan’s Plaque, the figure of King Decebalus carved into the rock, the Mrakonja monastery, the signal stations, as well as the spot where the Danube is at its narrowest — the Great Cauldron (Veliki Kazan). After the official conference, the journalists toured the “AquastarDanube” hotel, the Đerdap Hydroelectric Power Plant and the Archaeological Museum in Kladovo.
